INDEMNITY
You admit to be entirely accountable for (and fully compensate us against) all damages, claims, losses, liability, expenses and costs including fees for legal proceeds, incurred by us and caused due to violation of the terms and conditions by you or any other losses occurred due to you website usage or by other individual browsing the website through your user or internet account.
INTELLECTUAL HOLDING AND USAGE RIGHT:
- Save as per the section 7.3 underneath, users admit and approve that all the trade mark, copyright and other IPR in all contents present within this website can continue to be possessed by us or our licensors. Users are allowed to make use of these materials as per the authorization and rights given by us.
- Users admit and approve that the contents available within the Site is only mean for personal and non-commercial purpose and they can download the contents of this website to only hard drive of a single user for their own personal requirement. Any other materials or contents usage from the site is forbidden strictly. You admit not to (and also not help any 3rd party) reproduce, copy, transmit, publish, display, distribute, exploit commercially or make new contents derived from them. This is inclusive of but not restricted to the images, animations, text, photos, and videos, audio and other contents present in the website. Users are not allowed to download, reproduce, edit or delete any of the material or make use of the contents for advertisements, promotions or with relation to any 3rd parties.
- Other than personal information, any data submitted to website, through comments, chat rooms etc shall not be confidentially treated and users agree that the site shall use such data for any purposes bound to these terms. You approve the site to (whether entire or portion of it adopted, cropped, modified or wangled) any pictures or videos which are submitted to our site by you. We shall not be forced to exhibit such audio or video files in our site.

- You shall communicate with us in relation to the terms and conditions through email to [email protected]. As evidence of sending emails does not assure our reception of the notice from users, and they must also check that they have received an acknowledgement email from us, that shall be sent to them within 3 days of their receipt and should be kept safely by them.
